About Us

Our love of chocolate began in 1991 at Debbie’s Ice Cream and Chocolates, a small neighborhood shop in North Brunswick, NJ. What started there grew into a lasting passion for creating memorable chocolates and, eventually, LaCrunch.com.

LaCrunch is a husband-and-wife, family-owned business led by Frank & Brenda, who have proudly called Edison home since 1984. It’s where we raised our three children, watched our family grow to include five grandchildren, and built deep roots in the community we continue to call home.

Today, we’ve turned our focus back to what we love most—handcrafting fresh, Swiss-style artisan chocolates right here in Edison, NJ, with a special focus on serving local boutique shops, cafés, gift shops, and other neighborhood businesses.

More than three decades after our chocolate journey began, we still believe in the same things: quality, freshness, personal relationships, and taking care of our customers. We’re proud to bring that same family-business approach to every batch of LaCrunch chocolates we make.
