Shipping policy

General Information

We offer Free standard 3 - 5 business day shipping on minimum orders of $20 in addition to paid Expedited shipping.  We do not offer Sunday Shipping or delivery to US PO Boxes.

LaCrunch.com is not responsible for 3rd party delivery delays inclusive of delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

Our business day order cut-off is 1 PM EST. Orders placed after 1 PM, will calculate as if the order were placed the following business day.

Standard Mail Example (Free): If an order is placed with Standard mail on Monday before 1 PM EST, the order will arrive in 3 to 5 business days (Thursday – Monday).  If the order is placed after 1 PM EST, the order will arrive in 3 – 5 business days (Friday – Tuesday). 

Expedited Mail Example ($17.22):  If an order is placed with Expedited mail on Monday before 1 PM EST, the order will arrive in 1 to 3 business days (Tuesday – Thursday).  If the order is placed after 1 PM EST, the order will arrive in 1 – 3 business days (Wednesday – Friday). 

This website currently ships to U.S. addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Saturday and Sunday delivery to these locations is not available. Please allow an additional 3 – 5 business days for Alaska and Hawaii deliveries.  Shipments to USA military addresses must be sent via Standard Shipping and cannot be guaranteed to arrive by a specific date.
